Our Candidate Care Policy

Our business success depends on our relationship with candidates; and how we deal with candidates reflects on our clients, we therefore have a candidate care policy that aims to enhance our reputation and that of our clients. We are very empathic towards our candidates. We understand that applying for a position can be a stressful experience for many of us so we follow strict guidelines to ensure we meet their expectations.
Some basic principles that we follow include:
- Most importantly, we aim to offer top candidates the best possible job opportunities that match their qualifications, skills and career aspirations.
- We promise to return messages left by candidates within 12 hours.
- Every eligible applicant will receive an individual response to his or her application.
- Being flexible with regards interview times, dates and location.
- Understanding that most candidates currently have full time roles. We are careful not to compromise this as a result of them applying for a position through us.
- Always gain candidate’s permission prior to conducting reference checks.
- Advise all unsuccessful candidates promptly and tactfully once a decision has been made about a position for which they have applied.
- Under no circumstances release a candidate’s CV without their consent.
- Always give honest feedback to candidates.
