Vince has extensive experience in senior management roles within the food and life science industries. He spent more than 20 years in food ingredients, fermentation and biotechnology sectors with Burns Philp, Mauri Laboratories, DSM Food Specialties and Globus Group. He has a strong background in technology, sales & marketing, business management and general management.

During his employment with Mauri laboratories (Division of Burns Philp), Vince managed the only company in Australia to win the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST) Food Industry Innovation Award twice. He was also instrumental in setting up the Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) for Food Innovation and was a Director of the CRC with a research budget of $20 million over seven years employing over 60 scientists.


Importantly, Vince has had significant recruitment experience at all levels and has a sound understanding of the needs of both employers and employees. He is passionate about quality and service excellence.
